Siliguri (West Bengal): The Border Security Force (BSF) personal exchanged sweets with Border Safeguards Bangaladesh on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.
The two neighboring countries almost have a ritual to exchange sweets in special occasions. As per this so-called ritual, two countries have exchanged sweets as a gesture of goodwill at Indo-Bangladesh border at Fulbari outpost near Siligurion the occassion of Eid-ul-Fitr.
Eid-ul-Fitr marks the conclusion of the holy month of Ramzan, which is the month of fasting and prayer. This year the usual celebration is missing because of the lockdown.
