In a move to restore the Indian economy, which entered recession for the first time in history, Central Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced a new plan to promote employment. In addition, under the Self-Sufficiency Program, She published a third-party fund package worth Rs.2,65,080 crores in 26 sectors.

Sitharaman announced the plan for “Self-India Rojgar Yojana”, which is said to have been carried out by strong economic growth. Under the scheme of creating employment and encouraging job providers, the central government will contribute 24 percent of the employment future deposit fund (12% employee share and 12% employer share).
This measure applies to employees who have been hired since October 1st in all sectors, and employees who have been disbanded by the Corona General Disabled since March 1st.
To increase rural employment, Sitharaman announced that an additional 10,000 crores would be provided for the Garib Kalyan Rojgar Abhiyaan project in the current fiscal year. In the current fiscal year, Nirmala Sitharaman said that the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme has been allocated Rs.1,01,500 crore.
Nirmala Sitharaman said the “Emergency Debt Guarantee Scheme”, which was issued to qualified marginal, small and medium-sized enterprises in 26 under pressure, is being extended to March next year.
Under the Emergency Loan Scheme, 61 lakhs of borrowers are allowed to pay a total of Rs 2.05 lakhs. He also stated that Rs 1.52 lakhs of crore were issued.
Despite the challenges of the Corona period, the Minister of Finance said that the construction of 18 million homes has been completed in the country’s entire Prime Minister’s rural housing conspiracy, with an additional Rs.18,000 crore.
