Prayagraj (Uttar Pradesh) (India): Uttar Pradesh Police arrested a man on Friday in Bahariya for allegedly spreading a rumour on social media.
The man identified as Mohammad Saheed by Uttar Pradesh Police. They said Mohammad Saheed has ceaselessly spreaded misinformation on Social Media about deaths caused by COVID-19.
And also he exaggerated and tried to spread panic among people.
Meanwhile, the Union Ministry of Health and Family reported to the media that so far 2,547 coronavirus cases in India, in which 2,322 active cases, 163 have discharged/cured/migrated, and 62 died.
